Reading I only eat food that tastes good. Look at the diets of two people. Discuss which diet is healthier and why. I think that Linda’s diet is healthier. It’s necessary for our body to drink water every day. Besides, brown bread contains much nutrition our body needs. It’s unrefined. Eating fruit is much better than eating sweet desserts. As the saying goes, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. However, many young people prefer to eat too much sweet desserts, which results in putting on weight. This causes other healthy problems.
