帕萨特(B级轿车)车身总布置设计 全套图纸加153893706 摘 要 轿车车身的设计不仅关系到有效利用车内空间及提高乘坐舒适性、安全性，而且还会影响到整车内外造型效果，进一步影响到整车的总性能和商品性，车身内室布置设计是利用人机工程学原理，遵循SAE等相关法规，结合CAD工程软件来完成的布置设计。人机工程学原理即是满足人体的乘坐环境的布置，例如乘坐空间大小，乘坐舒适与否，是否满足安全法规等等。 本次毕业设计的内容是： B级轿车车身总布置设计，根据给定帕萨特车型参数，进行车身内部的布置设计。满足基本的人机工程学原理以及进行相关的校核设计，同时对设计方案进行优化、创新。 本次毕业设计完成了如下工作：设计并绘出符合人机工程学以及相关标准的总布置三视图，同时对该布置方案进行了必要的车身校核设计。车身内室总布置设计的主要依据是人机工程学原理，设计过程中，对各硬点尺寸的正确定位和合理约束是主要的设计内容，同时符合国家标准和SAE推荐的总布置标准，并且满足中级轿车的市场需求。总布置设计内容繁多，且相关性很大，所以必须保证各尺寸都准确无误。通过校核和优化后的设计，车身内室总布置设计完全符合了人机工程学原理以及相关法规的要求，使该布置方案更合理，更安全。 关键词：车身总布置；人机工程学；眼椭圆；车身校核 Abstract Car body design is not only related to the effective use of the space inside the car and improve the ride comfort and safety and also affect to vehicle interior and exterior styling effect, further influence on the vehicle performance and commodity, the body interior layout design is using the man-machine engineering principle, follow the SAE and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with CAD software to complete the layout design.
