烟台大学公共场所室内空气微生物调查研究..doc

摘要 微生物对人类最重要的影响之一是导致传染病的流行，在人类疾病中有50%是由病毒引起。微生物导致人类疾病的历史，也就是人类与之不断斗争的历史，现在随着生活水平的提高，人类也越来越关注自己的健康。本文针对了解烟台大学公共场所空气微生物污染状况，考察不同类型场所空气微生物的数量，目的旨在保护师生的健康，提高大学生对微生物的认识，改善大学生的不良生活习惯，提高学校公共场所的空气质量。本实验通过自然沉降法对烟台大学的教室、食堂、宿舍进行空气微生物的采样，实验结果显示，烟台大学男生宿舍内的空气微生物数量显著高于食堂和教室，女生宿舍空气微生物的含量最低，在同一宿舍的不同位置，厕所的微生物数量高于其他位置，在宿舍的同一楼层微生物数量阴面小于阳面。教室的实验数据分析表明，人口密度对空气微生物数量的影响非常大。实验结果表明，教室、食堂、女生宿舍的空气微生物数量属于合格范围，男生宿舍微生物数量严重超标。空气中抗性微生物的实验显示，烟台大学三个不同的场所中，具有抗性的微生物含量极少。 关键词：室内空气微生物；高校；不同场所；抗性微生物 Abstract One of the most important effects of microbes on humans is the prevalence of infectious diseases, and 50% of human diseases are caused by viruses.Microbes lead to the history of human disease, that is, the history of human struggle with it, and now with the improvement of living standards, mankind is also more and more concerned about their own health.This article is aimed at understanding the air microbial pollution in public places in Yantai University and examining the number of air microbes in different types of places,so that to protect the health of teachers and students,to improve the understanding of microbiologists,to improve the bad habits of college students and to improve the school public air quality.This experiment samples classroom, canteens, dormitory air microbial of Yantai University by the way of natural settlement method.The results show that the number of air microbes in the boys dormitory is significantly higher than that of canteen and classroom, the air microbes of girls dormitory is the lowest.For the same dormitory in different locations, the number of microbes in the toilet is higher than that of other places, and the number of microbes in the sunny dormitory is less than the dormitory with no sun.The experimental data in the classroom shows that the population density has a large impact on the number of air microbes.What’s more,classrooms,canteens and girls dormitory’s air microbial number belongs to the qualified range, the number of microbial of boys dormitory seriously
