(2) can’t help doing sth 禁不住最某事 如： She missed the train and couldn’t help crying at the station. 她没赶上火车，在车站就禁不住哭了。 （3）help yourself to 随便…… ，自便…… Help yourself to some fish and chicken .随便吃些鱼和鸡肉吧。 （4）help 还可以作名词 如： With the help of you I have learned a lot . 在你的帮助下，我学了很多。 4. I don’t know what to say or do.(= I don’t know what to say and I don’t know to do.我不知道说什么。也不知道做什么。) 可以转化为：I don’t know what I should say or do . 5.
