面对企业人才流失的浅析西南大学荣昌校区商贸系内容摘要:随着经济的发展和科技的进步,知识经济日益加深,人才资源成了企业发展的第一要素。拥有高素质的人才,是企业生存和发展的坚实基础,而威胁、危害企业之根,莫过于人才流失。经济全球化使得人才的流动日趋加快,尤其是国外企业在中国市场的抢滩登陆,更让国内企业的精英骨干纷纷流往国外。国内企业要想生存与发展,如何吸引人才和留住人才便成为至关重要的环节,谁在人才竞争中取得优势,谁就能在经济发展中取得领先。作为企业管理者,必须清醒地认识到,降低员工流失率,保持企业核心员工队伍,才可以保持员工在企业发展的稳定性,避免给企业造成巨大的损失。本文从人才流失给企业造成的负面影响着手,追寻企业人才流失形成的主要原因,最终给出企业应对人才流失的管理方法。并从宏观、微观包括企业和个人角度分析了人才流失的原因,并且根据该企业的实际情况,分析了国内企业目前人力资源现状和存在的问题,得出了影响该企业人才流失的主要原因在于薪酬、培训、工作压力等。就此,并提出了一些适当的解决方案。Abstract:With the development of the economy and the progress of science and technology, the knowledge economy is deepening, and personnel resources to the development of enterprise in the first element.
