山 东 科 技 大 学 经济管理学院硕士研究生课程论文 （注：平时作业） 研究治理生态环境和经济发展的关系 课 程 名 称 高级经济学 班 级 硕研2014级 学 生 姓 名 学 号 140720035 研究治理生态环境和经济发展的关系 摘 要：近年来，我国的经济得到快速的发展，在经济发展的同时，另一个严峻的问题逐渐显现出来，就是生态环境的破坏。生态破坏导致的自然灾害频繁发生，限制了经济的发展和人类生活质量的提高。协调好治理生态环境和经济发展的关系，实现可持续发展，显得尤为重要。改变以往先污染，再治理的不道德的商业行为，实现资源的可持续利用，保护生态环境，人和自然和谐发展，是国家亟待解决的问题。 本文主要从七个方面阐述实现治理生态环境和经济发展协调发展的问题。首先介绍了论文研究的背景和意义；然后通过对生态环境、可持续发展、循环经济概念的解释，对生态环境有初步了解；接下来介绍了目前为止中国生态环境破坏的现状和生态环境破坏对经济发展的不利影响；然后根据第三部分生态环境破坏的现状，阐述了生态环境治理的现状和生态环境治理给经济发展带来的影响；通过生态环境破坏和治理给经济带来的影响的比较，提出了治理生态环境和经济发展应该协调发展的关系；然后为协调治理生态环境和经济发展关系，提出了相应的对策。第七部分对全文进行了总结。 关键词：生态环境 经济发展 可持续发展 和谐 生态资源 Abstract：In recent years, Chinese economy has developed rapidly, with the development of economy, another serious problem that destruction of the ecological environment gradually appears. Natural disasters caused by ecological damage occur frequently, which limits the development of economy and the improvement of human life. It is particularly important to coordinate the relationship between ecological environment and economic development and realize sustainable development. They are urgent problems in the country to change unethical business practice in the past and realize the sustainable utilization of resources, protect the ecological environment, realize the harmonious development between man and nature. This article mainly aims to coordinate the relationship between ecological environment and economic development from seven aspects.
