纵隔原发性精原细胞瘤1例并相关文献回顾 魏耀宁，赵民 （第四军医大学唐都医院放射科,陕西　西安　710038） 【摘要】目的：从临床及基础研究等方面系统地介绍原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤的共同特征，加深对纵隔原发性精原细胞瘤的了解，以减少误诊率及提高治愈率。方法：报告我院1 例关于右前纵隔原发性精原细胞瘤的误诊病例，并进行相关文献回顾，寻找误诊原因及常见前纵隔肿瘤鉴别点。结果：（纵隔）精原细胞瘤是好发于青年男性前纵隔的一种生殖细胞源性肿瘤，患者常伴有LDH及β- HCG升高；影像学表现以肿瘤呈分叶状，密度均匀，与邻近结构脂肪层消失为主要特点；临床倡导综合治疗模式，是一种可望治愈的低度恶性肿瘤。结论：通过相关文献及病例学习，加强对纵隔原发性精原细胞瘤的认识，提高对前纵隔肿瘤的鉴别，避免误诊。 【关键词】前纵隔肿瘤；生殖细胞源性肿瘤; 精原细胞瘤诊断 Primary Mediastinal Seminoma: One Case Report and review of the correlative literature WEI Yao-ning , ZHAO Min ( Department of Radiology, Tangdu Hospital, the Fourth Military Medical University, Xi,an　710038, China ) Abstract:Objective：To systematicly introduct the common features of the primary mediastinal seminoma from the clinical and basic research field. Correspondingly,to enhance the understanding of the primary mediastinal seminoma and reduce the misdiagnosis rate and improve the cure rate.Methods:One misdiagnosis concerning right anterior primary mediastinal seminoma in our hospital was reported,combined with correlative literatures review and searching for the misdiagnosis reason and some identification points of familiar anterior mediastinal tumors.Results:Primary Mediastinal Seminoma was a kind of germcelltumors that prone to occurringin anterior mediastinalthe of young men often accompanied by LDH andβ-HCG increased .Lobulate figure ,homogeneous density and and theadjacent structure as fat layer disappears is main diagnostic imagingcharacteristics of Primary Mediastinal Seminoma.The comprehensive treatment model is advocated to clinical therapyof Primary Mediastinal Seminoma that is a low-grad malignant tumors expected to be cured.Conclusion: Ought to enhance theunderstanding of clinical and diagnostic imaging characteristics and the ability to identify pre-mediastinal tumors,avoid the misdiagnosis by the case study and review of the correlative literature .
