Low carbon economy in order to ＂three low＂＂three highs＂as the foundation ,in response to a carbon-based energy for climate warming effect as the basic requirements, in order to realize the social and economic sustainable development as the basic purpose ,to promote the efficient use of energy, promote the development of area clean. China’s economy has developed rapidly in recent years , a thriving economy , the development of the accounting , the construction of accounting system to better adapt to a low-carbon economy, it is a kind of new mode of accounting development ,promotes the development of carbon finance . This paper first to a low-carbon economy to make concrete ,this paper introduces the rise of global climate change and low-carbon economy ; Second priority and low carbon economy is discussed in detail the construction of accounting system under low carbon economy meaning , put forward the feasible countermeasures.
