浅谈工程项目现场管理制度 摘要 为加强基建工程项目施工管理，确保施工过程责任明确、有章可循，提高工程进度，降低工程投资，实现最佳效益，制订本制度。随着项目管理由单项目管理阶段进入到多项目管理阶段，越來越多的大型建筑施工企业面临着由于项目数量增加、规模扩大以及地域扩展所带来的新的管理问题，施工企业管理的难度和复杂性大大增加。在这种情况下，如何建立合理的项目管理流程，以实现同一期间内对多个工程建设项目的有效管理，已成为建筑施工企业亟需解决的问题。本文在借鉴并突破现有研究理论的基础上，以大型建筑施工企业为例，构建了一个多项目管理模式的运作体系，旨在为施工企业进行项目管理提供一些有效的管理运作程序借鉴，以提升施工企业的项目管理能力，实现施工企业的整体战略目标。 ABSTRACT To strengthen infrastructure project construction management, ensure clear responsibility, systematic construction process, improve the construction schedule, reduce the engineering investment, to achieve the best benefit, to develop this system.
