本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目： 学生姓名： 学 号： 专业班级： 指导教师： 区域电网规划设计 摘 要 电力工业是国民经济发展的基础工业。 电力系统规划、设计及运行的根本任务是，在国民经济发展计划的统筹安排下，合理开发、利用动力资源，用较少的投资和运行成本，来满足国民经济各部门及人民生活不断增长的需要，提供充足、可靠和质量合格的电能。 电力系统包括发电、送电、变电、配电、用电以及与之相适应的通信、安全自动装置、继电保护、调度自动化等设施。国内外大量事实表明，供电的可靠、经济以及电能的质量不仅取决于系统中各种设备的性能和质量，而且还取决于电力系统的规划、设计及运行管理水平。 电力系统规划是根据国民经济发展计划和现有电力系统的发展定出具体方案，在电力系统设计中，贯彻国家各项方针政策，遵照有关的设计技术规定；从整体出发，深入论证电源布局的合理性，提出网络设计方案，并论证其安全可靠性和经济性，为此需进行必要的计算；尚需注意近期与远期的关系，发电、输电、变电工程的协调，并为电力系统继保护、安全自动装置以及下一级电压的系统设计创造条件。 关键词：区域电网规划；潮流计算；输电； DISTRICT POWER NETWORK PLANNING Abstract Electric power industry are the foundation of industrial development of the national economy. Power system planning, design and operation of the fundamental task of national economic development plans in co-ordination arrangements, reasonable development and utilization of power resources, with less investment and operating costs, to meet the needs of the people of the national economy and livelihood of the departments growing required to provide adequate, reliable and quality power. Power systems including power generation, power transmission, transformation, distribution, consumption and the corresponding communications, security, automatic devices, relay protection, automation facilities such as scheduling. A large number of facts at home and abroad show that a reliable supply of electricity, economic and quality of electric power system depends not only on a variety of equipment performance and quality, but also depends on the power system planning, design and operational management.
