基于标杆管理的A公司绩效评价体系设计摘要高速变化的外部环境，新科技的运用以及客户不断变化的需求，在我国经济发展增速平稳的大背景下，越来越多的企业感觉力不从心，如何更好提升企业的核心竞争力，才能让企业立于不败之地。在过去的十年，随着房地产行业的迅猛发展，一大批房地产物业管理公司也随之成立，但是，在近两年的房地产趋于平稳的发展，以及国家对于房地产行业的政策管理，物业管理公司发展出现波动，这就要求企业不断提高管理和服务水平，把握大环境的动态，才能不被环境淘汰。绩效管理是人力资源管理的重点，处于核心地位。本文就是以某公司为研究背景，运用标杆管理，找到本行业的标杆进行对比，主要是针对物业公司的主要部门进行关键绩效评价指标体系的设计，更进一步提高物业的服务水平和质量。关键词：标杆管理；KPI；绩效评价指标；绩效Designing A company’s performance evaluation index system based on benchmarkingAbstract：Rapid changes in the external environment, the use of new technology and the changing needs of customers, the development of Chinas economy steady growth in the background, more and more enterprises feel powerless,how to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, in order to allow enterprises to remain invincible. The enterprise competition owe to the talent competition, how to manage, how to great develop human resources is the priority among priorities of enterprises.In the past ten years, a large number of real estate Property Management Company has been established, with the rapid development of real estate industry, however, this Industrytends to be stable development in the past two years, and management of the national policy for the real estate industry, the development of Property Management Company fluctuate, which requires the enterprise to improve the management and service level, to grasp dynamic environment, can’t be eliminated in the environment.Performance management is the key of human resource management and the core ofresource management.
