摘 要 Pro/E是美国PTC公司著名的CAD/CAM 3D设计系统。自1998年问世以来，已经逐渐成为当今世界最普及的CAD/CAM 3D系统的标准软件，该软件广泛应用于机械、模具、工业设计、汽车、电子、航空航天、家电等各行业。 Pro/E的功能非常强大，使用它能够进行诸如零件设计、产品组合、模具开发、NC（NumberControl 数控）加工、钣金件设计、铸造件设计、造型设计、逆向工程、自动测量、运动仿真、应力分析、以及产品数据库管理等工作。但是Pro/E结构庞大，模块众多，所以学习起来有一定的难度。 本文主要是在Pro/E软件设计平台上完成新型手表的三维造型设计。在整个设计的过程中，主要对手表的各个零部件进行造型设计和色彩渲染，最后对各个零部件进行虚拟装配、全局干涉检查。通过对新型手表的系统设计，肯定了Pro/E软件在造型设计、基本特征创建、组件虚拟装配、色彩渲染等方面的优势，从而使设计工作直观化、高效化、精确化。并充分证明了Pro/E软件在新产品的研究和开发中具有很重要的意义。 关键字：Pro/E，三维造型设计，虚拟装配 Abstract Pro/E is the United States PTCs famous CAD/CAM3D design system. Since its inception in 1998, has gradually become the worlds most popular CAD/CAM3D standard system software, the software is widely used in machinery, mold, industrial design, automotive, electronics, aerospace, electronics and other industries. Pro/E is very powerful, which could be used as parts design, mold development, product portfolio, NC ( NumberControl NC ) processing, design sheet metal parts, casting parts design, shape design, reverse engineering, automatic measurement, motion simulation, stress analysis, and database management work. But Pro/E has huge structure, many modules, so learning rises have certain difficulty. The new watch of three-dimensional design was completed，used the software of Pro/E in this paper. In the process of three-dimensional design，mainly completed the design and color rendering of watch parts and components. Finally，completed the virtual assembly，the overall interference checking of various parts and components. Through the system design of new watches，affirmed the advantages of Pro/E software in design，the creation of the basic characteristics，components，virtual assembly，dynamic simulation，color rendering，so that the design of visualization，efficient，and precision. And it was proved that Pro/E software has great importance in research and development of new products.
