1.1 突发应急预案处理范围
突发事件是指发生火灾、台风、暴雨、治安、停水、停电等特有的突发性不可抗拒的偶然性事件。
1.2 突发事件处理原则
物业管理人员处理问题应遵循依法办事的原则,执行物业服务公司各项规章,不徇私,以理服人,及时处理各种问题。
(1)遇有特殊情况和重大问题时,要沉着冷静,胆大心细,机智灵活,高度警惕,正确分析和判断情况,根据问题性质按应急方案处置。
(2)坚持以人为本,最大限度地保护人民群众的生命和财产安全。
(3)应急工作坚持预防为主、快速反应的原则。
