本 科 毕 业 论 文（设计） 学 院 商 学 院 专 业 物 流 管 理 学生姓名 班级学号 指导教师 二零一二年六月  公司物流设施规划与布置优化分析 摘 要 企业物流设施规划与布置优化分析对于企业发展至关重要。初建时期会影响 企业初始投资；发展成熟会影响企业进一步发展。因而无论企业是处于初建还是 扩建阶段都需要考虑设施规划问题。现以南通伟越电器有限公司为研究对象，运 用 SLP 法进行设施规划与优化分析。首先分析其设施布置现状并对其进行分析， 发现如下问题：（1）流水线设置不合理；（2）仓库设施面积利用率低；（3）产成 品仓库离生产车间较远；（4）仓库设置没有考虑共同管理。基于以上问题，运用 SLP 法进行作业单位物流关系和非物流相互关系分析，然后通过作业单位综合相 互关系分析得到作业单位位置相关图，通过改进前后方案对比分析，最终得出搬 运总量改进 1166.7962kg.m、管理更加合理、设施利用率提高的结果。 关键词：生产物流；设施规划；布局优化；SLP法  A Study of Logistics facilities plan and layout optimization for Nantong Wei Yue Electric Co.,Ltd Abstract Enterprise logistics facilities planning and layout optimization analysis is essential for enterprise development.In the early period enterprise logistics facilities layout will affect the initial investment,and when enterprise development is mature it will affect the further development of enterprise. So whether the enterprise is in the beginning of construction or the phase of expansion, facility planning issues must be taken into consideration.Now,we use SLP method to analyze Nantong Wei Yue Electric Co.,Ltd. Facilities planning and optimization.First we analyze the current situation of the facilities layout.And then we find the following questions:(1)unreasonable pipeline set;(2)the rate of warehouse facilities area utilization is low;(3)the finished goods warehouse is far away from the production plant;(4)warehouse layout do not consider the co-management.Based on the above problem,we use SLP method to analysis the relationship of logistics and operation unit ,and then we attain the operation unit location map through the analysis of the comprehensive relationship between operation units. Through analysis of the original and improved program , we conclude that the handling total improve 1166.7962kg.m、 more reasonable management、improved facility utilization.
