摘要:房地产开发建设的各个阶段都需要切合实际的计价依据和合理的计价方法,合理确定项目投资估算、初步设计的概算和施工图的预算,方能提高地产开发的投资收益。本文主要对工程造价的特点及含义以及房地产开发中造价的全过程控制进行了研究,并提出了一些具体的措施,以供同行学习交流。
