新《消防法》框架下高校消防安全 　　【摘要】为了加强高校消防安全工作，预防火灾发生，减少火灾侵害，在《中华人民共和国消防法》颁布施行三周年之际，梳理高校消防安全工作思路，评价消防安全保障状况，分析主要致灾原因和火灾风险因素，提出针对措施与对策，根本目的就是提升高校消防安全的保障水平，促进校园平安。 　　【关键词】《消防法》，高校，消防安全 　　【Abstract】 To strengthen security against fire in colleges and universities so that to take precautions against fire and then reduce the possibility of it， the authors claim their measures to promote the level of security against fire， to boost safeness on campus by carding working thoughts at the 3rd anniversary of the issuing of Fire Control Law of the Peoples Republic of China. 　　【Key Words】Fire Control Law，colleges
