论石材幕墙深化设计 　　摘要：目前幕墙干挂石材设计，设计单位通常只提供立面分格形式和少量节点图，其细致程度无法达到依图施工的程度，因此，石材板及相关的干挂体系的深化设计工作就非常必要，这项工作一般由挂板施工单位负责。由于其技术水平的参差不齐，许多石材工程甚至没有相应的力学计算和现场试验验证，石材及干挂体系的选择和确定均依据日常的施工经验进行，很有可能造成强度不足的危险隐患或强度过大的材料浪费。干挂石材的设计必须按照相关规范，依严格的程序进行，其力学计算结论要与现场的力学性能试验结果相吻合。本文根据石材幕墙工程施工及设计的工程实践，从石材、龙骨、挂件的材料的选择、物理实验性能、力学计算、模拟实际情况的现场受力性能实验、施工图设计等各个阶段，介绍干挂石材的全过程设计。 　　关键词：石材； 幕墙； 结构设计 　　Abstract: at present, the dry hanging stone curtain wall design, design unit usually only provide facade form and a small amount of nodes, figure, the careful degree is unable to achieve the degree of construction according to graph, therefore, stone board and related dry hanging the detailed design system is very necessary work, the work is general by flip chart units responsible for the construction.
