多元化视角下高职院校人事制度改革实践探索 　　摘要： 高职院校为了适应经济发展、高等教育形势发展的要求，实施从单一的事业编制用人体制到多元化的用人体制改革， 文章以上海工会管理职业学院实施人事制度改革为例，探索适合高职院校体制的人事制度改革道路。 　　Abstract： To meet the requirements of the development of higher education， the reform in the personnel system is implemented in the vocational colleges. This paper discusses several kernel aspects in the personnel system reform suitable for vocational colleges development.
