如何提高炼油产业人才素质研究 　　摘要： 石油加工生产技术课程是石化专业学生的重要的专业课程，但在高等职业教育领域，对于本门课程的改革的研究并不多见。本文从企业调研入手，分析了企业的人才需求，并对于本门课程改革提出了一些建议。 　　Abstract： Oil production technology curriculum is an important professional course of petrochemical major. But in the field of higher vocational education， the study of the reform of this course is not much.
