25例原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤的临床症状。 方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2012年1月本院收治的25例原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤患者的病历资料，主要分析其病症特点、内镜检查、活体检查的共同点，与术后病理进行对比，为临床治疗提供依据。 结果 所有患者均有发热、消瘦、腹部包块、腹痛、消化道出血等症状，内镜检查，病灶位置在胃部14例（胃体8例和胃窦部6例），肠部11例（小肠4例，结肠5例，回盲肠2例）；单发病灶9例和多发病灶16例；有隆起型病灶11例，浸润型病灶4例和溃疡型病灶10例；活体检查发现21例恶性淋巴瘤，与术后病理的相符率为84.0%。 结论 对有明显胃肠道症状的患者进行早期检查，可为诊断和治疗提供科学的临床依据。 　　[关键词] 原发性；胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤；临床分析 　　[中图分类号] R735 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）06（c）-0165-02 　　Clinical analysis for 25 cases of primary malignant lymphoma in gastrointestinal tract 　　JIANG Wenli 　　Peoples Hospital of Ju County in Rizhao City，Shandong Province，Ju County 276500，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical symptoms of primary malignant lymphoma in gastrointestinal tract.Methods The cases of 25 patients with primary malignant lymphoma in gastrointestinal tract from January 2010 and January 2012 were reviewed and analyzed.Their illness features，the common points between endoscopic examination and biopsy were analyzed，which was compared with the pathological mechanism after the operation and serves as the basis for clinical treatment.Results All the patients had the symptoms of fever，marasmus，abdominal mass，abdominal pain and hemorrhage of digestive tract，etc.After the endoscopic examination，14 patients had lesions in their stomach （8 cases in corpora ventriculi and 6 cases in gastric antrum）；11 patients in their intestines （4 cases in intestinum tenue，5 cases in colon，2 cases in ileum and caecum）；9 patients had single lesions and 16 patients had multiple lesions；11 patients had protruding lesions， 4 patients had infiltrating lesions， 10 patients had ulcerative lesions；21 patients had malignant lymphoma via the biopsy，which was 84.0% conforming to the pathological mechanism after operation.Conclusion The patients with obvious symptoms in gastrointestinal tract shall accept early examination，which will provide scientific clinical basis for diagnosis and treatment. 　　[Key words] Primary；Malignant lymphoma in ga
