外科手术后抑酸药预防性应用情况抽样调查及评价 　　[摘要] 目的 了解外科手术后抑酸药预防性应用情况，为临床合理应用抑酸药提供依据。方法 采用回顾性分析方法，抽取本院外科部分病区包括妇科、脑外科、普外科、泌尿外科、胸外科、骨科2012年12月1～31日行外科手术出院患者的归档病历，对其抑酸药应用情况进行统计，并采用我国制订的应激性溃疡防治建议进行评价。 结果 所抽病区外科手术患者252例，其中202例（80.16%）预防性应用抑酸药。按照我国制订的应激性溃疡防治建议，预防性应用抑酸药的病例中，有102例（50.50%）符合预防性应用抑酸药的指征。 结论 超过半数患者手术后预防性应用抑酸药符合指南要求，接近一半的患者无预防性应用指征，须加强对该类药物合理使用的培训，严格把握用药指征，防止滥用。 　　[关键词] 外科手术后；抑酸药；评价 　　[中图分类号] R975+2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0147-04 　　Sampling survey and evaluation on preventive application of acid-inhibitory drugs after surgery 　　LIU Qian 　　People′s Hospital of Dancheng County in Henan Province，Dancheng 477150，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the preventive application of acid-inhibitory drugs after surgery in order to provide a basis for its rational use in clinic.Methods The filed medical records of patients undergone surgeries in some wards in our surgical department including gynecology，cerebral surgery，general surgery，urinary and chest surgery，and orthopedics areas from December 1st，2012 to December 31st，2012 were selected.The applications of acid-inhibitory drugs on those patients were summed up by retrospective analysis，which was evaluated based on the established prevention and control proposal for stress ulcer in China.Results Among 252 patients with surgical operations in the selected wards，202 cases were given preventive applications of acid-inhibitory drugs，accounted for 80.16%.According to domestically established prevention and control proposal for stress ulcer，there were 102（50.50%） cases coming up to the indications of prophylactic applications of acid-inhibitory drugs among these applied cases.Conclusion Over half of the patients treated with preventive applications of acid-inhibitory drugs after surgeries conform to the requirements of the guidance，but there are still nearly half ones without indications of preventive applications.Therefore，the training of rational use of acid-inhibitory drugs should be strengthened and its applie
