小骨窗开颅、尿激酶溶解引流治疗高血压脑出血效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨小骨窗开颅、尿激酶溶解引流治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。 方法 选择浙江省湖州市南浔区人民医院2008年12月～2011年2月收治的高血压脑出血患者60例，按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组，每组各30 例。对照组采用传统开颅手术治疗，观察组采用小骨窗开颅、尿激酶引流治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 ①观察组手术时间[（93.0±14.4）min]、GCS评分[（8.1±2.5）分]、GOS良好率[66.7%（20/30）]明显优于对照组[（121.7±18.7）min、（10.2±3.4）分、50.0%（15/30）]，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；②观察组并发症总发生率（23.3%）明显低于对照组（43.3%），差异有统计学意义（P 　　[关键词] 小骨窗开颅；尿激酶；颅内血肿；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R743.34 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2013）11（a）-0044-03 　　The curative effect analysis of small bone window craniotomy combines with urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage 　　CHEN Yong1 HUANG Yansong1 WANG Bing2 　　1.Department of Neurosurgery， the Peoples Hospital of Nanxun District in Huzhou City， Zhejiang Province， Huzhou 3913009， China； 2.
