微创经皮肾镜取石术手术护理体会 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨微创经皮肾手术护理有效方法以及要点。方法：选取2012年本院收治的236例接受微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗的患者，分析236例患者治疗全程中护理具体方法，总结有效护理经验。结果：通过有效护理，经过一期取石术或者二期取石术，236例患者取石治疗均取得了良好的治疗效果，结石取净率达到92.3%；术后出现胸闷者4例，经过胸腔穿刺治疗后病症去除。术后出现继发性出血58例，对58例患者进行止血治疗，2例患者止血选择开放手术，2例治疗方法为肾动脉栓塞治疗，输血治疗6例。出现术后发热症状54例，经过患者管道畅通以及提高患者感染能力治疗后病症全部消失。结论：护理中健康知识教育、围术期护理的科学性和合理性对于微创经皮肾镜取石术顺利进行、良好治疗效果、术后并发症病发率的降低以及患者的康复效果均具有重要意义。 　　【关键词】 微创经皮肾镜取石术； 护理体会 　　Operation Nursing Experience of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy/LI Li-ping.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：093-094 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgical care as well as an effective way point.Method：Two hundred and thirty-six patients who accepted minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital were selected，236 patients in the whole nursing specific methods were analyzed，and the nursing experience was summarized.Result：Through the effective nursing，after a period of operation or two ureterolithotomy，lithotomy treatment of 236 cases were achieved good therapeutic effect，the stone clearance rate was 92.3%.Chest tightness after operation in 4 cases，pleural puncture in the treatment of disease through after removal；postoperative secondary bleeding in 58 cases，hemostatic therapy in patients with 58 cases，2 cases with bleeding chose open surgery，2 cases were treated with renal artery embolization，6 cases was given transfusion treatment.54 cases of postoperative fever symptoms，pipe flew and improved the ability of patients with infection after treatment in patients with symptoms disappear.Conclusion：Nursing in health education，perioperative nursing science and rationality for minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy smoothly，good treatment，postoperative complications incidence rates have decreased and the rehabilitation of patients with good results have important significance. 　　【Key words】 Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy； Nursing experi
