摘要 本毕业设计的题目为威海市威盛酒店式公寓设计。本设计主要包括两个部分的设计：第一部分为建筑设计，第二部分为结构设计。建筑设计部分：根据建筑设计的依据以及建筑设计的基本原则，进行了住宅建筑的平面、立面以及剖面设计。结构设计部分：选取4轴框架进行计算。确定框架计算简图；进行荷载汇集，计算风载和地震作用，以及框架在各种荷载单独作用下的内力，在此基础上进行内力组合；然后选取最不利的内力来进行框架梁、柱的配筋计算，接着进行了板和楼梯的设计计算，最后进行了筏板基础的设计。通过此次设计使我们掌握了科学的思维方式和正确的设计思想，以及综合运用所学理论、知识和技能分析和解决实际问题的能力。 关键词：公寓设计 框架结构 建筑设计 结构设计 筏板基础 ABSTRACT The subject of the graduation design is Wei Sheng apartments design in Weihai city.
