The total construction area is 22790 square meters,the area A of the construction area is 8230 square meters, the design is composed of five layers, some of them are three layer, the height of the building is 23.1 meters. In the structure design, determine the structure design based on construction drawing. the mission of the frame structural design mainly have: the type selection ,the size of beams、pillars、walls etc., the gravity load calculation, the calculation of internal force and lateral moving in the function of the horizontal force, lengthways earthquake function calculation, the internal force analysis of the crosswise frame in the function of the horizontal earthquakes, the internal force analysis of the crosswise frame in the function of the vertical load and also includes the dint combine、section design、foundation design. Foundation design also concludes footing layout selection, footing plane disposition, and foundation calculation.In the end, drawing all the blueprints of architecture construction and structure constructor.Frame structure calculation process heavy and complicated, with hand during our live load is give priority to, in combination with Excel and reinforcement is calculated. This design is strictly accord with the new code . Every data and charts are on the basis of new code , try to achieve the effect of accurate , economical and beautiful . and the structure design allows for the effect of the earthquake . Keywords St
