摘要 本文利用日本三菱公司生产的微型FX2N-24MR型PLC。设计出PLC控制的全自动洗衣机。文章介绍了洗衣机的结构，对全自动洗衣机的控制系统进行了分析，在此基础上提出了基于PLC的全自动洗衣机控制方案，并对方案进行了论证，根据洗衣机的工作原理，设计了流程及程序，对按钮，继电器，开关，电动机等其它一些输入/输出点进行控制，实现了洗衣机洗衣过程的自动化。由于洗涤，排水，脱水的时间均由PLC内计数器控制，所以只要改变计数器参数就可以改变时间。具有智能化程度高、安全可靠、方便、灵活等特点。 可编程控制器(PLC．Programmable Logic Controller)是以计算机微处理器为基础的工业自动控制装置，随着PLC技术的发展．它的功能越来越完善，也越来越强，被广泛应用于各种工业自动控制装置之中．PLC集三电一体。具有良好的控制精度和可靠性。PLC的生产厂家、型号、种类繁多．不同型号有不同的使用方法和编程语言。本文拟用日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-24MR微型PLC．设计出PLC在全自动洗衣机控制中的应用，既可以作为高校学生学习PLC控制的参考，也可以作为有关技术人员维修改造全自动洗衣机控制电路的参考。 关键词：PLC，梯形图，洗衣机 Abstract The PLC Control Completely automatic Washer is designed by the miniature FX2N-24MR PLC which is produced by the Japanese Mitsubishi Electric corporation．The article during introduction washer structure, carries on the analysis to the completely automatic washer control system, proposed in this foundation based on the PLC completely automatic washer control plan, and has carried on the proof to the plan, has carried on the design according to the washer principle of work to the procedure and the flow, has the intellectualized degree high, safe reliable and so on the characteristics. To the button, the relay, the switch, the electromotor and so on other some I/O spot carries on the control, realized the washer to wash clothes the process automation. Because spreads every time lavation, draining water, dehydrated time by PLC in counter control, so long as therefore the change counter parameter may change the time.
