我的课堂 用户体验报告User Experience Center A Islamic restaurant – Islam’s home Author: Guo donghui 2012-05-24 * Islam’s home is a very small restaurant, it s located in Beijing and beside my own house. * Brief information of the restaurant Islam’s home is a Islamic restaurant ,it provide traditional Islamic foods. The restaurant is quit small .There are about ten tables for clients. And two waitresses in the lobby ,two cookers in the kitchen. The manager is a strong man with heavy moustache, and the guy always carries a big wallet with him. I can’t remember exactly when the restaurant was founded, maybe three years before. It ‘s business is quit good in recent years. Everyday in the evening, many people come here , eating ,drinking and talking. Some of them are local residents and some are students from the university nearby. * Product - Beef noodles soup Beef noodle soup is a Chinese noodle soup made of stewed beef, beef broth, vegetables and Chinese noodles. It was created by the Hui people (a Chinese Muslim ethnic group) during the Tang Dynasty of China. * Product-Rice eaten with hands This dish is a must in festival celebrations and wedding banquets. Fresh mutton, carrots, raisins, onions, vegetable oil, melted sheeps fat and rice are all used. This food is soft, delicious and nutritious. Traditionally the Uygur(维吾尔) eat it with clean hands, but you can barely see that in restaurants because chopsticks are provided to suit the needs of locals. * Product-mutton cubes roasted on a skewer Originating in the Xinjiang province of China and in recent years has been disseminated throughout the rest of the country, most notably in Beijing.
