Abstract
The main purpose of this experiment is to study the existing 15 edible pigment.They were formulated in 5 different concentrations of solution,then uses the adsorption of filter paper,natural drying and its reflective spectrum(285~900nm) was tested by a micro optical fiber spectrometer.Then the spectral data of edible pigment is established.After studying the reflection of different bands,the differences of visible light bands in different color spectra were found,infrared and ultraviolet basic same(except Chinese blue).The infrared spectra of 15 edible pigment were tested by FTIR and resolved graphs.The infrared characteristic peaks corresponding to the characteristic structures of the 15 pigments are established.The law and data provided by this paper provide the convenience and theoretical basis for the industry and food safety testing,an
