企业绿色创业对企业绩效的影响析——以远大空调有限公司为例.docVIP

摘要 随着资源、环境、生态危机问题日益凸显，如何统筹环境保护和经济发展已成为当今人类亟待解决的问题。在这样的背景下，基于环境视角的绿色创业发展方式正在成为各类企业发展寻求的共鸣。然而创业实践者们在绿色创业的路途中并不是一帆风顺。本文在回顾国内外绿色创业研究文献的基础上，系统梳理了有关绿色创业的概念、内涵以及类型，并以远大空调有限公司为案例，对其绿色创业发展方式和企业的绩效进行了分析。研究发现，良性的绿色创业可以帮助创业实践者们走出目前绿色创业的困境，而良性的绿色创业应兼顾到绿色设计、绿色采购、绿色制造、绿色使用四个环节，最后良性的绿色创业总体上对企业的绩效有积极的影响。 关键词：绿色创业；经济绩效；社会绩效；远大空调 Abstract As resources , the environment and ecological crisis become increasingly prominent , how to co-ordinate environmental protection and economic development has become an urgent problem of mankind. In such a background , green entrepreneurship based on the environment is becoming the way of the development of all types of enterprises. However , Entrepreneurs who established green businesses are caught in a dilemma. Present research conducted an comprehensive review and deep mining on literatures related to entrepreneurial orientation theory and green entrepreneurship theory. Based on this, this paper systematically combed the concept of green entrepreneurship, and type. At the same time , Selecting Broad Air Conditioning Co. Ltd to investigate and collect data, this paper analyzes the way of establishing green businesses and the relationship between enterprise performance and green entrepreneurship in the development process of Broad Air Conditioning Co.Ltd. The research indicated the healthy green entrepreneurship are obviously positive to the green entrepreneurs. Also, it should take into account the green design,green procurement, green manufacturing and green use. At last, on the whole, healthy green business have a positive impact on the enterprise performance.
