低压液压泵试验台及液压系统 摘要 液压泵作为液压系统的动力源，这的性能对整个液压系统的性能起着关键作用，有着巨大的影响。因此，液压泵的性能测试系统研究的意义极为重要。 液压泵是液压系统中将机械能转换为液压能的能量转换元件，它是由原动机驱动把输入的机械能转换成液压能再以压力和流量的形式输送到系统中去。液压泵作为液压系统的动力源(或动力元件) 是整个液压系统的心脏它的性能的好坏对整个液压系统有重要的影响并将直接影响到系统的稳定性。随着液压技术和计算机控制技术的进一步发展船舶工程与各类机械工程对高性能高品质液压泵的要求量越来越大，因此对液压泵动态性能测试研究有重要的实际意义。 本课题是液压泵变频调速试验台及液压系统的设计，即要按照液压泵出厂试验台的标准来设计，设计精度为GB7936-87中规定的B级精度。其是属于液压泵出厂试验检测的最高标准。其主要的测试内容为：气密性试验、排量检查试验、容积效率检查试验、超载试验、冲击试验。在试验台中选用最合理的液压元件、成熟的测量系统、经典的电气控制系统等一系列的系统来最终完成液压泵试验台及其液压系统，以使其性能达到最优。 关键字：液压泵，试验台，液压系统，液压泵试验台，变频调速 Low pressure hydraulic pump test platform and hydraulic system Abstract The hydraulic pump as hydraulic systems power supply, this performance is playing the crucial role to the entire hydraulic systems performance, has the huge influence.
