CHANGCHUN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 长春开元宾馆建筑、结构、施工设计 Architecture, structure, and construction design of ChangChun KaiYuan Hotel 学生姓名： 学院名称： 土木工程学院 专业名称： 土木工程 班级名称： 土木0741 学 号： 0705411102 指导教师： 教师职称： 讲 师 副教授 教 授 答辩日期： 2011年6月21日 二0一一年 六 月 摘 要 本次毕业设计是设计长春开元宾馆，主体九层，框架结构，整个设计分三部分：建筑设计部分、结构设计部分和施工部分。 建筑阶段主要对宾馆进行了平面、立面的设计，包括楼梯参数的设计和卫生间的设计，并绘制了建筑平面图、立面图、剖面图及墙身详图。 结构设计包括楼梯，楼板，基础与框架的设计，框架设计采用手算一榀框架，完成了荷载作用下框架内力计算，水平地震作用的计算与层间位移的验算，并做了强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，内力调整，这样，可以有效保证房屋的耐震性。 施工部分主要做了二项工作：分部分项清单计算，施工组织设计。施工采用新工艺，节省造价；施工组织采用平行流水施工，立体交叉的施工方法，缩短工期。 关 键 词 建筑设计；框架结构；抗震结构设计；流水施工 Abstract This graduation design is ChangChun KaiYuan Hotel, The type of the building is fame structure and it is made up by nine layer .The whole design divides into three parts:Architecture,Structure and Construction design. Construction phase of the hotel was mainly flat, facade design, including stairs and bathroom design parameters of the design, and draw a floor plan, elevations, sections and wall detail. Structural design, including stairs, floors, foundation and framework design.For more important the framework design of a pin design which is counted by hand,Then completed the calculation of the frame when loads act on it and finish the calculation of horizontal seismic displacement and the checking of the layer considering multi-layer. For more structure anti- earthquake requests, making an strong column and weak beam , strong shear weak bending , force adjustment , so that we can effectively guarantee the seismic nature of housing. The major construction work conclude two mainly works: ?the list of?sub-part of?the calculation, the constructionorganization design.
