对房地产调控政策的分析及建议摘要房地产业是目前我国的支柱型产业，房地产市场的健康稳定的发展将直接影响到我国的宏观经济运行。所以，国家对房地产市场宏观调控的成败对我国经济的发展意义重大。因此，本文试以新一轮出台的房地产业法律政策为视角，从法律视角来分析和探讨房地产市场的宏观调控问题, 并对我国政府干预房地产市场的必要性、合理性与效应进行肯定，对房地产市场中存在的问题进行评析并提出相应的对策，将对社会主义市场经济的稳健发展，实现社会正义具有重要意义。　关键词：房地产业; 宏观调控; 建议AbstractThe real estate industry is the pillar industry of our country nowadays, so its stable and healthy development will influence our country’s economy directly. Therefore, whether the macro-control of our country succeeds or not will have great influence on our economy. So this thesis analyses the macro-control from the aspect of law and confirm the
