图书分类号： 密 级： 毕业设计(论文) 细石混凝土搅拌机设计 THE DESIGN OF THE CONCRETE MIXER 学生姓名 学院名称 专业名称 指导教师 20**年 5月 27日 摘要 本文设计的混凝土搅拌机是强制式卧轴混凝土搅拌机的一种，强制式混凝土搅拌机不仅能搅拌干硬性混凝土，而且能搅拌轻骨料混凝土，能使混凝土达到强烈的搅拌作用，搅拌非常均匀，生产率高，质量好，成本低。它是目前国内较为新型的搅拌机，整机结构紧凑、外形美观。其主要组成机构包括：搅拌装置，搅拌传动系统，上料、卸料系统，机架及行走系统，电气控制系统等。主要设计计算内容混凝土搅拌机机架的设计，主要包括：机架结构方案的确定、机架上所有部件之间相互位置的确定、机架上所有部件与机架的连接方式及安装位置、机架外形尺寸的确定、机架钢结构的选材，机架稳定性的校核、完成总成图及零部件图。 关键词 混凝土搅拌机；机架；强制式 Abstract The design of the concrete mixer is compulsory horizontal axis in a concrete mixer, compulsory mixing concrete mixer can not only dry hard concrete, but also stirred lightweight aggregate concrete, concrete can achieve a strong role in stirring very uniform，high productivity，quality Low cost. It is a new type of domestic mixer with two compact structure，good looks .The main components of its structure including: mixing device, stirring drive system, feeding, unloading system, rack and walking systems, electrical control system and so on. Design of the main content is concrete mixer rack design, these mainly include: rack structure of the programme of, all the components on the rack and rack of connections and installation of position, the determination of rack form factor, the selection frame steel structure，checking the stability of the rack，complete plans and parts rack assembly plans.
