Time of payment : As agreed upon Goods available to buyers : Before payment Risk to exporter : Relies completely on buyer to pay account as agreed upon Risk to importer : None Shipping documents Include: Commercial export invoice Bill of lading Insurance policy Certificate of origin Consular invoice Weight list They are sent by an exporter’s bank to the banker’s branch in the importer’s country, who delivers them to the importer when he pays or accept a bill of exchange.
