Inter-Airline Through Check-In Service(IATCI) 第一节: Family Care Service 1.可以提供 Family Care Service的机场: 1) Korea: ICN 2) America: All airports except GUM and GRU 3) Europe: CDG, LHR, FRA, FCO, PRG, SVO, ZRH 4) Oceania: AKL, SYD, BNE, MEL 2.三种 Passenger Service Code W: An adult passenger with two or more infants/ children aged less than 7 years. 2) O: Senior passenger aged 70 years or more without guardians. 3) T: Passenger with a language problem who transfers to an OAL flight on the same date. 3. Major Services(主要服务内容) 1) DEP: Provide guidance on the entire procedure from check-in to boarding Assist passenger with CIQ, check travel documents and prepare them when necessary 2) ARR: Provide guidance on immigration procedures on arrival and assist passengers in claiming checked baggage (Baggage delivery service is not included) 3) MTG: Escort passengers to arrival lounge at the airport for meeting 4) TRP: Provide guidance on boarding location for ground transportation after arrival 5) CON: Escort passengers to check-in counter (or boarding gate) for connecting flights 4.
