毕业设计说明书 晨光小区3#住宅楼工程 施工组织设计 专 业 土木工程 学 生 张 利 波 指导教师 崔 邯 龙 河北工程大学科信学院 2014年6月 摘 要 晨光小区3#高层住宅楼施工组织设计的编制，工程建筑面积为14269.12㎡，总长度53.50m，宽度16.50m，地上18层，地下两层，主体建筑高度为52.50m。 在各分部分项工程中拟定出相应的施工方案：地基与基础工程中，采用机械开挖，井点降水，商品混凝土浇筑；主体工程中，模板采用传统支模方式即满堂式钢管支撑，墙模为竹胶板拼接而成的大模板，钢筋连接主要采用直螺纹套筒连接、电渣压力焊和闪光对焊连接，外脚手架为钢管落地式脚手架；屋面工程中，以冷粘法粘贴防水卷材为主，特殊部位需用到汽油喷灯处理。根据工程量计算，套用施工定额，安排施工进度进而得总工期为400天。在施工平面布置图的绘制过程中，首先确定起重机位置，根据现场特点及施工人员数目确定临时建筑面积和位置，从而布置水、电管网。 主要成果有设计说明书一份、施工进度计划横道图一张和施工平面布置图一张。该施工组织设计经济合理，可行。 关键词： 施工组织设计 施工方案 施工进度计划 施工平面布置图 技术经济分析  Abstract This programme is the first residential building of chenguang 3 # high-rise residential building construction organization design, engineering construction area 14269.12 ㎡, the total length of 53.50 m, width 16.50 m, 18th floor on the ground, two layer underground, the main building height of 52.50 m, In each division subdivisional work to formulate the corresponding construction scheme, foundation and foundation engineering, adopts mechanical excavation, well point precipitation, commodity concrete pouring; Body engineering, template with traditional shuttering method, and type steel pipe support, wall mould for bamboo veneer patchwork of template, reinforcing bar connection mainly adopts straight screw sleeve connection, electroslag pressure welding and flash butt welding, the scaffolding for steel pipe console scaffold; Roofing construction, give priority to with cold sticking method paste waterproofing materials, special parts need to the gas burner.
