设计总说明 随着经济的迅速发展及工业化与城市化进程的加快,城市生活垃圾急剧增多。垃圾污染环境,对城市居民的健康和生存构成了严重威胁,已成为社会一大公害,因此,对垃圾的处理刻不容缓。传统的垃圾填埋技术已远远满足不了社会对保护环境的要求,卫生填埋是在传统垃圾填埋技术基础上发展起来的处理城市生活垃圾的较为理想的方法。现代卫生填埋场是一项相当复杂的系统工程,涉及许多方面内容。根据收集到的资料,对城市生活垃圾特性、垃圾填埋场的功能和构造、垃圾填埋场的规划、选址及勘察、垃圾渗滤液、防渗工程、垃圾力学等诸多方面分别进行了阐述。 卫生填埋是目前及今后相当长的时期内我国城市生活垃圾处理的主要方式。但按我国卫生填埋技术、污染控制标准 ,目前国内尚没有垃圾填埋场能全部达到要求 ,多为准卫生填埋场。其运行后 ,对周围的大气及水体、土壤等环境将产生一定影响。?现代卫生填埋工程是一种安全、有效、有控制地处理城市固体废弃物的方法,其涉及众多学科,属于环境安全、生态安全、工业安全、卫生安全共同关注的问题。城市及工业废料的卫生填埋工程目的是实现减量化、无害化和资源化,形成一个安全、有效、严格控制、环境生态保护,经济化、无害化、资源化科学发展的循环体系。Design introduction With the rapid development of economy and urbanization and industrialization, municipal domestic refuse increases quickly and the environment has been polluted.
