学 号：201214300201毕业设计说明书GRADUATEDESIGN设计题目：唐山热力公司办公楼工程投标文件的编制学生姓名：梁文娟专业班级：12程管2班学 院：建筑工程学院指导教师：田杰芳 教授2016年06月13日摘要本论文以实际工程为例编制建设工程投标文件。由于目前是以市场经济为主 导，使得投标变成施工单位承揽施工任务的主要方式。更是由于目前 建筑市场竞争激烈，编制一份合理可靠，客观，准确的投标文件是施工企业获得 建设工程资格的首要前提条件。基于此，本文对施工投标文件的编制进行研究。本文是一份规范的施工投标文件的编制，主要包括商务标和技术标。商务标的重点是工程投标报价，包括定额计价和工程量清单计价；技术标的重点是施工组织设计的编制，包括工程概况、施工方案、施工进度计划、物资需要量计划、施工平面图、质量安全措施等。按照给定的此工程建设项目的工程设计图纸、招标单位所提供的清单工程量，根据定额计算规则计算工程量，运用广联达软件套定额价，编制工程量清单报价单；编写施工方案，编制一份完整的工程建设投标文件。重点研究内容为工程量清单编制部分，按照预算定额为依据，按照统一的计量单位，统一的项目划分，统一的工程量计算规则进行工程量计算，从而制定出一个满足工程实体在人工、材料、机械方面消耗量的清单。依据招标文件要求，核实招标单位所提供的清单工程量，根据定额计算规则计算工程量，套用定额组成综合单价；编写施工方案、进度安排、施工保证措施、绘制施工现场平面图等，最终汇总形成项目的投标文件。关键词：工程；工程量清单计价；商务标；技术标AbstractThis paper takes the practical engineering as an example to compile the construction project bid file. Since the market economy is the leading, the tender becomes the main way of the construction unit to contract the supervision task and the construction task.. According to the given the construction project engineering design drawings, tender units provided by bill of quantities, according to the rules of the quota calculation calculation of engineering quantity, use glodon software set a fixed price, the preparation of engineering quantity list quotation.Key research content for the enginee
