He graduated from Chengdu University of Technology in Signal and Information Processing major and was grantedthe Master Degree in June, 2010.AbstractTD-SCDMA is the mobile communication standard of the third generation，which is independent researched and developed by our country who has our own intellectual property rights and name brands , including TDD, Smart Antenna, Joint Detect ,Dynamic Channel Allocation, Power Control , Software Radio,Baton Handover and Power Control,etc ,which has the advantages in technology. January 2009, China Mobile obtain TD-SCDMA licence, which means TD-SCDMA technology has entered into application . At present, 3G network construction is doing throughout China . Good network planning design can shorten the construction period, improve engineering quality and reduce cost . Therefore it has positive significance to achieve the goal, play the construction of network advantage, obtain good economic benefit in TD-SCDMA network planning research .As the mainstream of 3G technology, TD-SCDMA wireless network planning is different from the GSM network planning . Covering planning and capacity planning of GSM network can be separately done . The main consideration of covering planning is wireless route attenuation and capacity planning is frequency planning .TD-SCDMA is different from GSM , for example, TD-SCDMA system is the only system of adopting Time-division duplex which is different from Frequency-division duplex ,and TD-SCDMA can not consider respiratory effects.
