本科毕业论文 浅析现代企业人力资源管理中的激励机制 On the modern enterprise human resource management incentives 学院（部）： 专业班级： 辅修专业： 人力资源管理09级 学生姓名： 指导教师： 老师 2013 年5 月 20 日摘 要 随着知识型经济的快速发展，人力资源，尤其是高素质人才在现代企业中的作用越来越大，其重要性甚至超过物力。激励是人力资源管理的重要组成部分。激励这个概念是指在管理，激发员工的积极性，即使用各种有效的方法来调动员工的积极性和创造性，使员工个人努力去完成组织的使命和实现组织的目标。因此，企业的激励机制最根本的目的是正确地诱导工作的积极性，使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自己的需求，提高他们的满意度，从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬。因此，要善于利用激励机制，企业面临的已经成为一个非常重要的问题。本文介绍了激励的内涵，激励的原因，激励方法，激励机制存在的错误和问题，应采取的措施。 关键字：激励机制，误区及问题，策略分析 On the modern enterprise human resource management incentives ABSTRACT With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, human resources, especially high-quality talent in the modern enterprise growing role, its importance even more than material resources. Human resource management incentives are an important part. This concept refers to motivate management to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, using a variety of effective ways to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, so that individual employees try hard to fulfill the organizations mission and achieve organizational goals. Therefore, business incentives most fundamental purpose is to correctly induce enthusiasm of the work, so that they achieve organizational goals while achieving their own needs, improve their satisfaction, so that their enthusiasm and creativity continue to maintain and develop. Therefore, to make good use of incentives, companies face has become a very important issue. This paper introduces the connotation of incentive, incentive reasons, motivation methods, incentives for errors and problems, measures to be taken.
