stageofdeconstruction,thusitprovidesanewperspectiveforclassroomresearch.Byasurveyandinterviewof715teachersand466studentsinjuniorhighschoolsdistributedin9districtsinGansuProvince,thethesisproposesthatthereisagapbetweenclassroomconstructionandstudentsdemand,agapbetweenconceptuallevelandoperationallevelandanimbalancebetweenteachinginputfromteachersandteachingoutputfromstudents.Thereasonsinclude:1)Classroomteachingreformisnotdeeplyrootedincultureandthereisalackofreformenvironmentwhichcausethereformnotlastlong,thusinfluencetheeffectofreform;2)Thereexistsaconflictbetweenthepresentmanagementmodelofschoolandteachingideasproposedbynewcurriculum,whichcannotprovideenoughspaceandtimeforclassroomteachingreform;3)Thereisamisunderstandingwhichonlythinksofclassroomreformaschangesinvaluesandignoresbasicconditionsandways,thusleadstoainconsistencebetweenvaluesandbehaviors;4)Theinertiaofreformandlimitationofthinkingreducetheteachers’activity;5)Theself-interferenceinclassroomtraininghindersthedevelopmentofstudents;6)Thereisalackoftheclassroomstandardsbasedonnewcurriculum.Inaccordancewiththeabovefindings,thethesisproposesthatthetwomainmeasuresshouldbetaken:thefirstistosettheoriented,incentivestandardswhichreflecttheideasofnewcurriculum;thesecondistomakeanewpositionforthestartingpointandorientationofhigh-qualityclassroomteachingandtoexplorenewchannelsofhigh-qualityclassroomteaching.Inthisthesis,thesettingofhigh-qualityclassroomteachingstandardsisbasedonthreeaspects:1)Byinspectingthemainliteratureabouthigh-qualityclassroomteachingfromthepasttothepresent,thethesisseeksthetheoreticalcorewithcommonspiritandsimilarfeaturesandmakesareferenceoftheresearchperspectivesandorientationfromdifferentscholarswhichprovidetheusefulandeffectiveinspiration;2)Byexaminingthelatestresearchorientationsabouthigh-qualityclassroomteachinginthecountry,especiallysomeauthoritativeconclusionsmadebythosescholarswhohavelongexperiencesofteachingpractice,thethesismakesadeductiveandinductiveanalysiswhichismadeasthetheoreti
