AbstractIn the constructed wetland treatment system, plants, substrate, and microorganisms involved in a series of complex physical, chemical and biological reaction，wheremicroorganisms are play an important role for the degradation of pollutants, and they are the major contributor to sewage treatment effect. They are interaction and interdependence with the environment. Therefore, the microbial diversity and the distribution of changes in the constructed wetlands have significance to the purification of polluted river water. In this paper, we analyzed the number and distribution law of the microorganisms in pilot models and small scale constructed wetlands by traditional culture methods, and study the correlation between number of microorganisms and pollutants removal efficiency in the small scale model. Major results are shown as follows:Along the water-flow direction, take the surface flow constructed wetlands for example, in 1#, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes, ammonization have a significant negative correlation with the increase of the distance (p0.05).In 2#, The number of bacteria, has a greatly significant negative correlation with the increase of the distance (p0.01), The number of fungi, actinomycetes, ammonization have a significant negative correlation with the increase of the distance (p0.05).Along the vertical space, take the Subsurface Flow Constructed Wetlands for example, in the constructed wetland system 4 # ,the upper number and lower number ofbacteria、actinomycetes were greatly significant difference (t0.01). The upper numberand lower number of fungi in constructed wetland system 3# and 4# were significant difference (t0.05).
