毛皮冲孔机的设计上海理工大学本科毕业论文PAGE 301毛皮冲孔机的设计摘 要用毛皮制作的服装以其保暖，舒适，高贵等特点备受人们的喜爱，若在服饰中加入药材，可起到保健，治病的作用。天然皮革具有透气性,这主要是通过皮板中的纤维间隙、毛细管和毛孔来透气。毛皮带有毛被,无毛孔,因而透气性较差。要使药力透过皮板充分发挥药效,就必须在皮板上开孔而又要保持毛被的美观。本文探讨了毛皮冲孔机的国内外研究进展、开发背景、市场需求，并对毛皮冲孔机在开发、设计、使用需求上的状况进行了分析。明确了毛皮冲孔机的设计目的和设计意义，确定了设计理念和原则要求，在此基本上进行了毛皮冲孔机设计。通过对毛皮结构的分析，提出了“针刺熱熨”的冲孔方法，采用圆锥冲针冲刺和冲针热熨扩孔，圆满解决了在皮板上冲孔又不伤毛被的问题。通过槽轮和凸轮的运用，实现了机器的多工位运转，大大提高了在皮板上开孔的效率和质量。在对各部分机械结构的多种方案进行比较基础上，结合生产实际，给出冲孔机整体结构及各零件的设计。通过参数计算对冲孔机的主要零件进行选择和校核，最后应用通过Catia软件实现冲孔机的三维建模和装配，通过AutoCAD软件实现二维工程图绘制。简言之，本文旨在设计一种能帮助企业提高生产效率，降低生产成本的新型毛皮冲孔机，不单是通过传统的二维设计图纸，而是通过三维软件Catia，将冲孔机形象生动地展现在人们面前。关键词：毛皮针刺、热熨、结构设计、三维建模、二维工程图The design of fur punching machineABSTRACTPeople like clothing made of fur because it is warm , comfortable and noble.If we put medicinal materials into clothes,it can make a role in keeping health and curing disease.Natural leather have breathability and it breathe chiefly by fiber gap ,capillary and pore of dermatome .But pelage have bad breathability because of its fleece and having no pore.
