II春小麦不同品种蛋白质、干物质积累规律及其 生理特性的研究摘 要本试验以新疆春小麦品种新春 13 号、新春 17 号、新春 12 号、98-8、新春 26 号、新春 15 号、Y20、新春 6 号等 8 个品种(品系)为供试材料，研究了以下内容：不同品种蛋白质含量及其组分的 变化特性；籽粒灌浆过程中干物质积累特性；花后旗叶叶绿素含量的变化；籽粒灌浆过程中粒重的 变化特点；籽粒产量及产量构成因素的比较。主要研究结果如下：(1)不同春小麦品种花后籽粒蛋白质含量变化动态总的趋势是一致的，且具有一定规律性，呈高–低–高的“V”型变化。但不同开花日期、不同品种间存在差异：花后 6 d，98-8 最高，依次是新 春 17 号、新春 6 号、Y20、新春 13 号、新春 15 号、新春 26 号，新春 12 号最低；花后 30 d，则Y20 最高，依次为新春 26 号、新春 6 号、新春 15 号、新春 12 号、新春 17 号、98-8，新春 13 号为 最低；高蛋白质含量的品种其蛋白质积累主要在后期。(2)春小麦不同品种干物质积累量呈现出不同的变化趋势，新春 6 号、新春 15 号呈现出低-高-低的变化趋势，峰值出现在开花后 24 d，其它品种均呈现出低-高的变化趋势，从开花期升高至成熟 期，花后 30 d 达到最大值。(3)春小麦不同品种叶片叶绿素含量在花后6 d达到最大值，之后逐渐减少，蜡熟过后，这种现 象更为明显，开花后30 d降到最低。不同品种在不同生育时期差异较大：开花后6 d，新春12号叶绿 素含量最高，依次是Y20、新春26号、新春15号、新春6号、新春17号、新春13号、98-8；随着灌浆 的进行，不同品种叶绿素含量都表现为缓慢下降趋势。(4)春小麦不同品种籽粒干重呈缓慢升高-快速升高-缓慢升高的“S”型变化曲线。开花后 6 d，各品种间没有显著差异，之后快速升高；开花后 30 d，不同品种间呈现差异，新春 13 号、新春 17号＞98-8、Y20＞新春 6 号、新春 12 号、新春 15 号、新春 26 号；新春 13 号、新春 17 号在灌浆中 后期保持较高的籽粒干重。(5)新春 13 号产量最高达到 8453.12 kg/km2，然后依次为 98-8、新春 17 号、新春 15 号、新春12 号、新春 6 号、新春 26 号，Y20 为最小。籽粒蛋白质含量和产量基本上表现出负相关关系。 关键词：春小麦；蛋白质；干物质；叶绿素；籽粒产量IIIIStudy on the Accumulation and Physiological Characteristic of Protein Content and ADM in Different Spring Wheat VarietiesAbstractThe eight different spring wheat varieties (Xinchun13, xinchun17, xinchun12, 98-8, xinchun26, xinchun15, Y20, xinchun6) were used for this study. The research item were: dynamic changes of protein contents and their components, accumulation characteristics of ADM after anthesis, changes of chlorophyll contents after anthesis, changes of thousand grain weight after anthesis; comparative study on grain yield and it’s constitutes. The results showed below:(1)The changing tendency of dynamic characteristics of grain protein contents in different spring wheat varieties showed a regulation which was a high - law- high (“V” letter) curve.
