创新教创新教育视野下体育院校体育教育专业培养方案的优化研究—以陕西省为例 PAGE PAGE VIAbstractWith the rapid development of economy and society and the constant improvement of science and technology, the need for innovative talents has become a social request for the cultivation of elites in higher education institutions. The Higher Education Law of the People’s Republic of China promulgated in 1998 states clearly that the task of higher education is to foster specialized personnel with innovative spirit and practical ability. In 2007, the Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China again put forward that higher education should focus on training and creating qualified talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. Scientific and reasonable curriculum is the foundation to ensure the quality of talent training and to realize the target of talent cultivation. As the main one among the majors in Physical Education of Higher Education, Physical Education Major undertakes the important task of cultivating the teaching staff of PE in schools of all levels and kinds, especially in primary and secondary schools. However, in recent years, some problems have appeared, for example, the graduates’ sports level and ability of move demonstration can not meet the standards of physical education, and there’s a lack of innovation in teaching. Thus, how to improve students’ innovation and practical ability has become one of the major issues in cultivating Physical Education majors.
