AbstractThe severe employment problems has become social focus over the years, with which college students employment problem has also been the extensive concern of the whole society. The study of college students entrepreneurial intention is beneficial to analyze and solve the problems faced by the entrepreneurial activity. College students are of a special group, they make a venture choice with the capital of two aspects: on one hand, is the elementary theory knowledge awarded from qualified entrepreneurial education during their school lifetime; on the other hand, is related entrepreneurial experiences itself get through practice activities, and their own individual personality differences are also affect the generation of venture idea. But while compared with western countries, Chinas investment in entrepreneurial education for college student is still not good enough, and there exists a lack of further empirical research on whether entrepreneurship education can produce significant and substantial impact on their entrepreneurial intention ; In addition, whether college students related entrepreneurial experience during the period of school helps the future entrepreneurial choice is still of significance to be a rewarding study item.Based on the above objectives, conduct the research of entrepreneurial learning influence on college students entrepreneurial intention. With a review of related literatures, this paper puts forward the theoretical model including entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial intention and personal characteristics. In order to validate the model and the hypothesis, use the questionnaire empirical research method, adopt Harbin industrial university students as the research object, 800 questionnaires were issued, while effective recovery of 644, through the application of mathematical statistics software SPSS17.0 to conduct empirical analysis, draw some conclusions as follows: entrepreneurial learning has a signi
