西南石油大学本科毕业设计摘 要 污水泵属于离心杂质的一种，具有多种形式：如潜水式和干式二种，目前最常的潜水式为WQ型潜水污水泵，最常见的干式污水泵如W型卧式污水泵和WL型HYPERLINK /view/1532495.htm立式污水泵二种，抗堵性和可靠性是污水泵优劣的重要因素。在处理工业污水时，由于污水中含有酸性或者碱性物质，衬胶泵的使用非常广泛。一般都会在污水处理池前，都会加一个过滤网，将纤维缠绕物等拦在泵的吸入口之前，使得不能进入泵腔，从而使得泵能够更好的工作，寿命更长。本设计从离心泵的基本工作原理出发，在充分考虑了各种样式泵优劣性的前提下，确定选择单级单吸式离心泵。通过查阅许多参考资料，对离心泵基本参数进行了一系列的设计计算。确定了泵的各种设计参数，选择了设计泵所需要的各种标准零件。从经济可靠性出发，合理设计离心泵部件，选择标准连接件，保证金川集团镍盐厂污水泵设计的安全性，实用性，经济性。关键词：污水泵；设计参数；叶轮；泵体；轴封；可靠性；Abstract: Sewage pumps are centrifugal an impurity, a variety of forms: as submersible and dry type two kinds, the most commonly dive formula WQ submersible sewage pumps, the most common dry sewage pumps such as W-type horizontal and WL vertical sewage pumps sewage pumps two kinds, anti-blocking sewage pumps and reliability are the pros and cons of important factors.
