武汉工程大学本科毕业（设计）论文 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I摘 要模具是现代工业生产的重要工艺装备，被称为“工业之母”。而注塑模具又在整个模具工业中一枝独秀，发展极为迅速，而在汽车、航天通信电子、家用电器等领域有着极为广泛的应用。注塑成形作为塑料加工中重要的成形方法之一，已发展和运用得相当成熟，且应用得非常普遍，但随着塑料制品应用日益广泛，人们对塑料制品在精度、形状、功能和成本等方面提出了更高的要求。因而在传统注塑成形技术的基础上，又发展出了一些新的注塑成形工艺，如气体辅助注射、多点进料注射、层状注射、熔芯注射、低压注射等，以满足不同领域的需求。所有这些均需要注塑模具设计与制造体系做出相应的调整以满足成形要求。这是一个关于盒盖制件的模具设计，研究的重点是模具工艺设计和结构设计的过程。课题中详细的描述了塑料模具设计的基本内容，包括模具结构形式，浇注系统的设计、成形零件的设计、模架的确定和标准件的选用等一般模具设计的基本流程，并且完成了对模具装配图的设计以及各种零件工作图的设计。关键词：模具；注塑模具；塑料模具设计AbstractMold is a major modern industrial production technology and equipment,known asthe mother of industry.The injection mold and die industry thriving in the whole development is very rapid,and in the automotive,aerospace communications electronics,home appliances and other fields has a very wide range of applications.As a plastic injection molding process is one important method of forming,development and application has been quite mature,and the application was very common,but with the increasingly widespread application of plastic products,people in precision plastic products,shape,functionality and cost,etc.put forward higher requirements.Thus in the conventional injection molding technology,based on and the development of a number of new injection molding processes,such as gas-assisted injection,multi-point injection feed,layered injection fuse injection,low pressure injection so as to meet the needs of different areas.All of these require injection mold design and manufacturing system to make the appropriate adjustments to meet the shape requirements.This is a cover parts of the mold design,mold process research focuses on the design and structure of the design process.Mentioned in the detailed description of the basic contents of the plastic mold design,including mold structure,gating system design,forming part design,mold identification and selection of standard parts and other general mold design of the basic processes,and completed the design of the mold assembly drawing and various part
