多孔板式多层流化床干燥器的设计

PAGE IV 摘 要 在化学工业中,为了满足生产工艺中对物料含水率的要求或便于储存、运输,常常需要用到干燥过程。本次毕业课程设计的任务是设计一种多孔板式多层干燥器,将颗粒状物料的含水量从23%降至3%,生产能力为21.6万t/a。来自加热器的颗粒状物料用星形加料器加入干燥器,在55.5℃下离开干燥器。湿度为0.02%的空气经电加热器加热至200℃后进入干燥器,经过与悬浮物料接触进行传质传热后,湿度增加到0.059,温度降至95℃。将尾气通过旋风分离器,以提高产品的收率。流程中采用前送后抽式供气系统,维持干燥器在略微负压下工作。通过查阅资料和选用公式设计,干燥器较好的设计结果为:床层底面积7m,直径为3m,高度2.99m,隔板间距0.3m,物料出口堰高0.49m。分布板开孔率35%。此外,还确定了合适风机、排风机、旋风分离器、换热器等附属设备及型号。 关键词:干燥;多孔板式多层流化床;颗粒状物料;热载体 Abstract In the chemical industry, in order to satisfy the production process in the moisture contento- f material requirements or facilitate storage, transportation, often need to use the drying process. The principles of cour- se design task is to design a porous plate multilayer dryer, the moisture c -ontent of granular materials fell to 23% from 3%, production capacity of 216000 t/a. From flash drying part of granular materials with star feeder and join dryer, in 55.5 ℃ out thedryer.Humidity for 0.02% of the air after electric heater heated to 200 ℃ to dryer, after and suspended material c -ontact after mass transfer heat transfer, humidity increases to 0.054, the temperature drops to 9 5 ℃. Finally they will exhaust through the cyclone separator, in order to improve the yield of pro -duct. Process before the send smoke after cooking gas supply system type, maintain the dryer in slightly negative pressure. Through the data access and select the formula design,dryer better des -ign of the results: bed bottom area of 7㎡, diameter for 3 m, 2.99 m high, clapboard spacing 0. 3m, 0.49 m high export weir materials. Distribution plate opening rate 35%. In addition, still dete -rmined the appropriate supply and exhaust fan, cyclone separator, heat exchanger and affiliated equipments and model.
