摘要摘要万方数据万方数据摘要文化创意产业又称为创意经济、文化产业，是后工业时代文化产业发 生“裂变”出来的新兴产业，文化创意产业依存于大城市迅速发展，推动 了城市产业结构升级、提升了城市创新能力、促进城市可持续发展，创意 产业轰轰烈烈的发展直接促进创意产业园区的兴起。目前，国内已出现以创意园区成长模式与演化机理、创意园区规划建 设、创意园区与城市更新为主的研究方向，虽然出现创意产业与城市旅游 结合的研究文献，然而涉及创意产业园区对城市休闲空间效应的研究几乎 空白。本文通过对创意产业园区对城市休闲空间建构路径的探讨，总结得 出三种类型：耦合式、嵌入式和共生式。创意产业园区主要促使城市休闲 空间结构得到优化、城市空间景观得到新的塑造，延续了城市文脉。本文以泉州为重点研究案例，采用文献梳理分析、实地考察、社会调 研等研究手段，重点分析泉州市区发展较成熟的 3 个创意产业园区的形成 路由、空间休闲特征及效应，分析结果表明：（1）“源和 1916”创意产业园 区属于“文化生产型”空间，促使老城区产业转型，延续了城市文脉，园 区目前初步形成“品味文化”的休闲氛围；（2）领 SHOW 天地创艺乐园属于 “文化消费型”休闲空间，园区的建立适应了城市中产阶级对创新、体验 休闲的需求，塑造了泉州市区中青年休闲新空间；（3）锦绣庄民间艺术园 属于“闽南文化体验消费型”空间，填补了泉州市旅游带上实体消费的空 白，延长了游客在旅游目的地逗留时间，也是市民在假期参加传统文化活 动，获取丰富的体验休闲的最佳场所。创意产业园区在建构城市休闲空间 的历程中，出现了园区服务设施与市民休闲需求不符、园区休闲氛围与营 销力度存在问题、园区与周边空间环境不和谐，针对以上问题本文给出了 合理性的发展建议和优化对策，借助城市意象分析，泉州城市创意空间要 加强创意产业园区 “文化与创意”的主线，调整或添加园区周边公交车线 路，适当调整园区的基础设施，突出园区的景观意象，加强对外宣传力度。关键词：创意产业园区 城市休闲空间 建构 发展类型 空间效应 泉州I华侨大学硕士学位论文华侨大学硕士学位论文AbstractCultural and Creative Industry means the creative economy or cultural industry ． It is a new industry which was a “fission” product by the post-industrial culture industry． Cultural and Creative Industries is developing rapidly in metropolis． They promote the upgrading of the industrial structure， the city innovation ability; and the sustainable development of the city． The vigorous development directly promoted the rise of creative industry agglomeration areas．Now ， the direction of research: creative industry agglomeration areas planning， the model and mechanism of its， creative industry agglomeration areas and urban regeneration． There are some literatures about the integration of creative industry and urban tourism， however， it is a virgin area in the integration study about creative industry agglomeration areas and the urban leisure space． This paper based on exploring for the integration paths and interaction between of the creative industries and urban leisurespace ， summarized developmental classes of their integrations including coupling， embedded and symbiotic type ． The
